Tecora takes back your old device.

Tecora is in the process of obtaining ISO 14001 certification for its environmental management system, and is registered with ADEME (Agence de l’Environnement et de la Maîtrise de l’Energie) in order to guarantee its compliance with the WEEE programme (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

As part of its commitment to continuous improvement, Tecora is implementing a system of taking back its appliances from its customers at the end of their life, in order to preserve the use of natural resources and to control its impact on the environment.
This approach concerns all appliances sold under its own brand or distributed by Tecora in the countries of the European Union. The recovered equipment will be treated in an environmentally friendly manner, using processes that comply with all applicable regulations on electrical and electronic waste, in particular the WEEE directive.

The cost of transporting this equipment will be borne by the customer.
The customer will receive a certificate of destruction for all equipment taken back under this programme.

Customers must decontaminate the instruments before returning them to Tecora.
